TEXAS URBAN TRIANGLE REGIONAL CENTER

The Texas Urban Triangle Regional Center (TUTRC) provides an opportunity to foreign investors looking to obtain permanent residency through the EB-5 Visa Investment Program. The Texas Urban Triangle Regional Center connects foreign investors with reputable development projects in the Texas Triangle area: Dallas; Houston; and San Antonio, Texas.

To become an approved regional center, the center must file a petition with the US Citizenship Immigration Services (USCIS) providing an in-depth explanation of the economic impact of the proposed regional center along with the business plans supporting the economic development in the proposed area.

EB-5 VISA PROGRAM

The USA investment visa program was created by the United States government in 1990. It serves two purposes: to stimulate the U.S. economy and to provide eligible foreign investors a means to gain their Green Card. There are three basic requirements: the investment must be $1,000,000 USD, or $500,000 for qualified areas; the immigrant investor must prove financial funds; and the investment project must create ten (10) U.S. jobs.
